I just opening my online store and hear that zendrop was great for dropshipping so I add them to my store. Once I get a sell, I will give you my rating on the performance.

i had an oder on the dec 7 and the shipping updated on the 13th and since then it has not updated. this is killing the trust my customer has for me. good price and good customer support but delivery time is really bad.

UPDATE: Zendrop does not vet their sellers to make sure they're actually US Based shipping. So if you're looking for quick turn around from fulfillment to delivery, buyer beware! The test order I made during the trial period STILL HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. It's undoubtedly on a slow boat from China but was supposed to be a US based shipping location. Completely unusable for my use case and expected level of service.
When I emailed Zendrop to complain, I got crickets as a response.... One order... one problem... no customer service... NO thanks! Original Review: Chose this drop shipping app because it offered US based fulfillment to cut down on overseas delays. Still in the trial, but seems to work pretty good.
My only complaint initially is that some of the vendors do not separate their variants well enough - eg earrings that have 20 variants but just a mess of hastily pasted photos in the main description with no variants with photos or descriptions. I can't list that in my store - if they don't take enough care to list properly, what does that say about the rest of their business practices?
As far as the sale through process, seems to work good. I placed a test order and we'll see how that does. I am still in the trial period.
Paid $49/month for express shipping and just to find out your shipping is having problems and regular shipping is currently "better". I'm just Disappointed that I am Still waiting for my package I can only imagine the problems I'd run into when I have customers. Please fix this issue.

Yes, we have a tool-tip in-app explaining this and we're actually going to be removing the Express Shipping option and making some improvements to how our shipping lines are displayed in-app. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with shipping and anything you need help with our Customer Success is available to help out as soon as they're able, just shoot them an email at support@zendrop.com or get connected through the help widget within your account.
I subscribed to Zendrop because they keep stating how they have a large inventory of products that ship from the U.S., which is what I'm looking for. It turns out that the number of products shipped from the U.S. consist of cheap jewelry, t-shirts, and a few pet supplies. And there is no timeline to expand out the U.S. based products so you can actually have something worth buying that ships domestically. If you want some variety in your store catalog, you have to hope that the shipping from China is really fast. And processing of the orders can take up to 72 hours. I can understand some extra time if the order comes in over a weekend, but 72 hours is unacceptable to me.
Would you like to contact support for an order or a product? Good luck. They have 3 methods to contact support; chatbot, opening a support ticket, or using Discord. Not one of those options let's you open a new ticket. There are no phone numbers to call. There isn't an email address you can use to send in a request. It's all broken or not an available option.
I'll let this subscription run and move onto another drop shipper that has some idea how to do what they say. Which is a bummer because Zendrop, on the surface, is a great idea. They just can't deliver. No pun intended.
