Very bad platform. Working with them leads to failure. They ship garbage to customers not products, unlike shipping, which often lasts a month or more. You will get many refunds

Amazing customer service. I set up multiple accounts for different dropshipping stores. I only needed the plus plan on one of my accounts. After discussing it with the zendrop team through their easily accessible messaging system, they upgraded all of my accounts to PLUS for FREE.

I have had a lot of experience with their customer support and all i can say is that it's just great!
Aviod this company! There are plenty of other Dropshipping companies that are reliable and trustworthy.
I paid for the Plus plan and was told that I would be given a store and be able to check it out and request a refund within 5 days if I wasn't happy with it.
They did not send me the store, the 5 days passed and they refused to give me money back.
Apparently even though I had no store, I still had to decide within 5 days if I was happy with it or not!
They said they would give me the store but not a refund, I did not want to continue with a company that provides misleading information to get you to sign up and then doesn't do what they say.
