the worst costumer service I have ever seen, If you are a small seller they simply don't care about you!
I'm really sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with our Customer Success team. I really don't know what happened there exactly (we had a hiccup with delays in support responses due to an influx of new sign ups), but we provide the same level of support to each and every one our sellers regardless of where they're at in their dropshipping journey -- 0 orders or 100 orders, we're all in this together! I truly hope that your experience has improved.
Product selection is okay, they stated the Chinese New Year cutoff was the 10th, submitted the order the 7th and still not finished processing, thats over a week. Customers will not be happy. Support is extremely difficult to contact. Would recommend other apps for beginners.

Complete unprofessional and incompetent app. At what should be the height of my business and the holidays, they hold no inventory and out of stock of every single product I’m selling which I find hard to believe. Do not use this app not reliable at all. Will hurt your business. Just lost a bundle sale cuz of their incompetence which I forgave so I tried to move to another product to advertise but I made sure to check inventory of the item and they’re all out of stock. Got picture proof, if necessary.

Cant seem to get in contact with support, trying to work out product pricing showing in a different currency. But without any support for three days now. App seems to have limited functionality and can not find options to make these changes myself.

Horrible app that steals your money once you try to get into a free trial. It will take money directly from your bank account even before the free trial ends and will not even give you the promised month for paying.

I tried this app to fulfil one of my orders firstly the price they quoted was 3x the price on aliexpress. They state they have high quality products which is acceptable for a slightly higher cost but 3x the price of the same item coming from china? Kept my order under processing for a week & after wasting my one whole week they stated can not fulfil the item and give their silly reasons. Probably the only good thing about this app is their support which replies very quickly. So not recommended.

We do get a lot of inquiries similar to yours about pricing here at Zendrop, so we'll try to provide an explanation to that here as succinctly as we can.
When you go on Ali Express to compare pricing, typically the pricing you're looking at is a price that includes 30-45 day+ shipping times. We know that this is not the type of service you want to provide for your customers, so we offer transparent and up front pricing with quality shipping times right off the bat.
If you go on Ali Express and select a reasonable shipping time, you'll find that often times the price of that product now jumps to 2 - 3x the price that is listed on Zendrop.
To address your concern about processing times, our usual processing time is 1-3 days but on rare occasions, it can take a couple of days longer than that since we are purchasing products from thousands of factories, shipping them to our warehouse, quality checking them and then processing and shipping orders.

They are only intrested in selling their plan. Its almost imposible to contact them. Its better to use cj dropship.

Haven't used it that much, mainly searched through all of their inventory but the selection isn't nearly as much as they proclaim to have and shipping products on low weight/low priced products are ridiculously high.
Hi there. Yes, inventory is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to dropshipping. We do have indicators on the product listings to help mitigate that but we don't actually know about the inventory situation for every single product until our team in China goes to place an order. This is something that we're actively working on improving but we do business with thousands of factories which makes it very difficult to know the inventory situation for 500k different products. For shipping, the pricing is just really high in general right now, but we're very confident that the pricing overall is extremely competitive.
