RIP OFF. We upgraded to a plus account only because it was required to access print on demand services. However once we signed up, when we went to look at the print of demand products all it said was catalog "coming soon". and there was absolutely ZERO print on demand products. This is deceptive because their website and marketing says you get print on demand with a plus membership at $79 per month. there is no free trial either, they charge you right away. so we paid $79 just to find out the one thing we wanted to look into with them was not available. I am wondering why there are so many good reviews on here. Our experience within minutes of signing up is not good at all.

I was having a problem connecting my store to my Zendrop account, once I traded emails with one of the support assistance, my problem was solved on no time. Now I can get my store up and running smoothly in no time.

Jobelle, & all the other assistants are really helpful and quick to respond in case when issues occur. As a starting business its really great to have such a great backend to your store.
In watching the videos during set up, some of the options shown aren't available or lack functionality to properly operate the store and over two weeks later I still can't open my store. No live customer service only email which is a HUGE time delay is resolving issues. If there is live support, I wouldn't know where to find it so if it's there, they aren't' making it easy to use
