Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

So far so good. products are easy to find and load into your stores. chat is fast to respond, and I am looking forward to a full TikTok integration soon.
We'll see how it goes after my store starts getting orders.

first time using zendrop to source a product. its a relief begin able to communicate with the agents clearly and instantly. the future of dropshipping is warehouses in the USA. zendrop are smashing it.

Only 25 fulfillments if not you have to pay

I've been using Zendrop for 2 weeks now. I. New to this business. Zendrop has answered my questions through chat support however it's hard when you don't have someone showing you how to completely setup your store. I would recommend Zendrop

Yes, customer service is great. I guess that is where the higher costs come from. Now I'm a bit worried about trying out other less expensive apps thinking they might not have the service I need if I run into issues. If that's the case I would gladly pay more at Zendrop. However, the main tool I need to use has not been working lately hopefully they fix this soon. I was offered 3 months free because of this which would have been great but opted for a refund until the issue is fixed.

It is in fact a great app for dropshipping. Their staff is always there and willing to assist. I have pointed out some areas of opportunity to improve which I don’t see any action taken as of yet.

The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because I don't like the fact that after importing an item and publishing it, it disappears from your "My Products" section. But once I spoike to someone via chat they clarified the issue and showed me how to view my product immediately.

Which by the way all you have to do is search for it and it will appear. But if they just left the product there we wouldn't have to search (not a problem unless you are a newbie)
