I just started my dropshipping journey and it has been amazing! Their platform is simple, they have an amazing course and they're available for support 100% of the time! They are the best platform!

I've been using Zendrop for a few months and recently upgraded my account to begin my dropshipping journey. I love the platform, its very easy to nagivate and full of plenty resources. Support has been very helpful. Very quick to reply and are very patient and understanding even when you are asking the simpliest of question that need help with. Thanks Joshua for your patient and immediate resolve. Im really excited to dig in. It could only be onwards & up from here with all the support and resources available online.

I am so confused and would not want anyone to experience what I am going through. I contacted support and I still do not understand why this has to be so difficult. So far, I keep spending money, $49, $39 and I received an email to purchase PLUS at $197 for 12 months. Why would I want someone to go through this?

Zendrop is the go-to gurus who will stop at nothing to ensure you get the help you need, for me it was Joshuah who helped me and lept helping Evan when i didn't need it he checked up on me. i kept at it and now I'm seeing the future differently. they have streamlined and Customised it so that its the easiest for the dropshipping locations. and they are always adding new reliable Contacts and sorces.

Im giving this Company 5 stars purely for the level of customer service that I have experienced. As soon as I fulfil my first order request I will give plenty more great reviews. Thank you Jo for helping me navigate some obstacles with orders!!

I did a free course and decided to sign up for the plus service. Their branding and other features made it look to be of higher quality --- which my customers deserve! I'm looking forward to doing business.

Also, I reached out to customer service about a product that didn't have a good description, and the agent Cyril reached out to the supplier to have that information updated. That was ridiculously efficient! O_O

I had another problem, and it was fixed in no time. Zendrop is different than other companies. I like them. I especially like their Academy where I'm learning about how to run my business, their live video calls / teaching sessions, and their customer service is better than the rest. They're also extremely responsive when you have any problem or concern. I am enjoying doing business with them. I hope we can be profitable together.
