Good for service, No products available in US Warehouse though, it would be better to add more products to US warehouse because 2 to 3 weeks deliveries doesn't work anymore
I have been using Zendrop the last 3 Months. It started well:
Easy to manage the orders and the chat replied quickly.
But it seems that ZENDROP HAVE ONE BIG ISSUE. The avaiblity of items is bad and I barely find an item which sells without having any alternative item needed or which is out of stock. I mean for 10 sales made 5 of them cant be fulfullied as it is and need to find a different variant (different size and/or color) which will take another 3-5 days to fulfill and makes it difficult to meet customers satisfaction.
Be aware that some items cant be fulfilled. The Zendrop system does not allow it. (For example baby footmuffs)
The quality of the items are not the best.
The branding feature I have tested with a sample order (but ordered normally to see what customer gets) and its not as communicated. The Thank you card ist poorly made and very cheap and letters are not sharp or well printed, so you are better off without branding. The items are packed in chinese bags and are from my point of view not quality checked as mentioned.
The good thing is that you will always have a contact person (trying) helping you out with your issues.
But all in all, if I cant scale my business because the items are running out of stock in few weeks or are not sourceable, it will be not my No1 fulfillment agent in the future anymore.
Currently, I cant reccomend using it yet if you are about to scale your business (except you are selling cheap stuff which all Dropshippers are trying to sell). I think there are cheaper fulfillment agencies with better sourcing ability and shipping times also product quality!

Some of the features do not work as advertised. Such as the Aliexpress importer. The importer has had issues or reports of not functioning for nearly a year. Customer service in regards to any assistance in getting it to work was dissatisfying. I also made the mistake of topping up my credit balance to try and order some samples. However, you can't use the balance to do that and it was not very obviously stated as far as I can see. I will say the support agent I ended up dealing with to assist me in refunding the balance was helpful, which is the only reason I bothered to write this review.

This experience has not been good. Importing a product from zendrop to my store has been impossible to do. Not sure why I can't do the system override for products so you guys fulfill them and they populate on my store but this has not been a good experience. Maybe someone can help

So far i have been using the free version but every 5-10 min a pop up appears for me to upgrade. This is very frustrating especially since i am new to the shopify and e-com space. I would like to make money and get more familiar with this app before i begin to spend money on out. Besides that i have been able to find great products, and good prices. But i would like to be able to search more freely without the suggestion of an upgrade every 5 minutes.
also it says unlimited imports to my store but its keeps stopping after a certain amount and holding me back.
Hi there. Thanks so much for the honest feedback! I've shared this with the product team. We're improving Zendrop every single day and this kind of feedback is super impactful. For the imports, we did make a change recently to reduce strain on our backend since we are getting a lot of new sign ups daily, which means a lot of new imports daily (you can check the Zendrop Updates section of our Knowledge Hub Community for all new updates). We're constantly improving performance as well so you should see this improve over time.
I placed my first order on zendrop of the product I wanted to sell to test and make sure everything will go smoothly before I used zendrop to fill all of my customers orders. The expected time frame for transit states 10-15 days, along with 3 day processing time however it has now been going on 20 days with the product no where near the delivery address let alone the United States. There were no stated delays on the tracking either. I pay $49 a month to use zendrop for their faster shipping methods when they are the same as other dropshipping fulfillment apps that are free. ♀️

3 months is a solid amount of time to test things so out, so here's to hoping that you have a 5-star experience from start to finish! :)
