As someone new to dropshipping, this app has been a game-changer. It’s easy to use, beginner-friendly, and makes getting started simple. The customer support is also excellent—quick, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone starting out!
At midnight, I realized one of my customer’s orders was stuck in a weird limbo—and I had no idea what to do. I was completely lost. I reached out to the chatbot, and that’s when Hasnain came to the rescue. He jumped in fast, figured out the issue right away, and walked me through a step-by-step solution like a pro. And on top of that, he gave me the motivational boost I didn’t even know I needed that night. Seriously, someone give this guy a raise.

I had a terrible experience with Zendrop. First of all, their shipping took about a month for my test product to reach me. Then, one of my customers has been waiting almost 2 whole months for her products to arrive, and they still haven’t! Not only that, but zendrop ai is horrible. If you need any customer support, you have to claw and dig around to find any help whatsoever. Finally, though they have many products on their site, many of the more popular products that are selling are not available, or are entirely too expensive to dropship with. Overall, would not recommend.

one thing i would say that its not like any other dropshipping software i have used so far, most of the other apps have chinese people that are talking with you in english and their english is not even great, but with the zendrop its completly oppisite to comminication is much clear also they have a branding system wich i havent used it yet but havent seen that offered in other platforms so its much better then the rest of them i can say.
I've found this company almost impossible to work with effectively. If there are too many variations I can't import them into Shopify, and the alternative is so time consuming. You would think Zendrop could create a simple download CSV file for easy manipulation and management of imports.
I've run into a ton of technical glitches where things don't work like they are supposed to. I added products that were supposedly fulfilled by Zendrop to my shop, but when it's time to fulfill the orders I'm told I have to link the product, but the link product button doesn't work.
I've tried several ways to get help, but it's all AI bots now and all I get are instructions given in the chatbot but there is no way to talk to a live person. Also, the instructions I was given with the "self help" article didn't work. But again, no way to actually talk to someone.
The only way I can talk to a real person and that is if there is really a person on the other end is through email, so even though I have orders I need fulfilled there is no way to fulfill them and there is no one I can talk to about fulfilling them.
If Zendrop is a real company, they need to keep real people available to answer questions when we need them answered.
I had such high hopes, but with so many issues, and no support, I'll have to find another dropshipper who actually feels the need to take care of their customers when help is needed.

Zendrop has the best customer service response. They respond fast and provide solution to most of my needs . I truly recommend zendrop if you want to run a successful store without experiencing problem with customers inventory.
