The Zendrop App itself is very well made and user-friendly. But other than that delivery times have been pretty ok so far (mostly 15-16 days) with some delays here and there. Also Thank You cards haven't been working so far and order credits don't show up (maybe because I'm on the trial of the Plus Plan). Anyways supportwise though, it's perfect. Theresa, Molly and ESPECIALLY Michael have been a really big help overcoming those issues and are always here for me if there are any more. They really seem to care about my business and are understanding and (I think is also a really big point) fluent in English! Overall okay Dropshipping service with perfect support. Again, thank you Michael for everything!
i find it little slower app to use. Some of the icons were hard to use. Look wise it was a great app.
I have only been using Zendrop for about a month and it’s been a good experience so far. Their customer service is prompt and they try to resolve any issues. My problem was I signed up to Plus plan with a 7 day free trial but Zendrop charged me right away. They did provide me the refund but the charge threw me off and I cancelled the plus plan right away without checking out all the features. Nonetheless so far so good. The only other thing is products take too long to arrive for my customers if they worked on shipping Zendrop can become huge.

This app is great for beginners and the products are amazing. The only thing that I dislike is the check list you have always pops up even after you hide it. If you select dismiss there is another message that appears saying are you sure you want to miss out on the 100 credits, you select yes Im sure but then if you select a page for example you look at products the message will pop up again. Another thing is sometimes I get error messages if I select a product from "my products" usually happens when i use a desktop. Other than that its great!

First time ever hearing about this site so that's why i'm leaving 3 stars due to being new. I just started my online store and this site is helping a lot.
This is a good app but processing time takes longer than what they say. A customer bought a product about a week ago and zendrop took way longer than 1-3 processing days

This app was a major help with supplying problems and in general made my drop shipping life a lot easier.

Thanks for the honest feedback! The plan you're subscribed to actually has zero impact on shipping times, including the free time. We do offer Express Shipping on paid plans but we have a tooltip on product listings and have been informing everyone that asks that Express Shipping is not currently faster than our standard shipping lines. We plan on removing this shipping line in the near future and simplify shipping in general. I hope this helps!
