I'm really sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience with our Customer Success team. I really don't know what happened there exactly (we had a hiccup with delays in support responses due to an influx of new sign ups), but we provide the same level of support to each and every one our sellers regardless of where they're at in their dropshipping journey -- 0 orders or 100 orders, we're all in this together! I truly hope that your experience has improved.
I can't stress how much Zendrop helped my business grow. Its easy to setup and for even the basic dropshipper. Its Free! I got my first couple of orders last week and it was just as easy as one click and the product was on its way!

The product pictures & descriptions are of the best quality I have seen yet! This platform is super easy to use. I would love to see a "wishlist" or "heart" option on products while scrolling instead of just adding to the import list.
