Contacted Zendrop rep concerning the $1 prebuild store, because I received an email allegedly from Shopify saying that my theme I got from Zendrop's $1 offer is unlicensed.
This information turned out to be a fraudulent email. Zendrop's themes have no issues on Shopify.
Zendrop is very accessible. So far, I love the quality of the support I am getting.
I had I problem with my 3DS authentication but Nyka at Zendrop support helped me resolve this issue which I think deserves a review! She was patient and kind.
I am still learning the idea of all of this and the chat help feature has been great for learning. The AI chat can answer most questions but the real time conversation with a specialist helped clarify things. Love it so far.
