Zendrop is what you need if you are looking for getting your fulfillment handles professionally, and to make it even better they have one of the best costumer service, I just had Cyril helped me out to figure out how to get access to my pre built store, and she helped me to figure it out fast and easy.. recommend them to everyone

Zendrop is a great platform to use with Shopify. They are always willing to help with any questions you have, and help you learn something new everytime you reach out! Great products and great support. I would love to have a customer service phone number to reach out to if it's available my only recommendation. Maybe they already do!

My experience with Zendrop has been really great. When I started my E-commerce journey I was looking for a reliable supplier and then I came across Zendrop and I've been using them pretty much since the beginning of my E-commerce journey and not once have I regret it. Their customer support has been top-notch. If you have a problem with your order they will will be happy to help solve that problem very quickly. Also their support team is really friendly and they're amazing people. 5/5 customer service. So yes I really do recommend Zendrop :)

Ian even looked into the status of my order without me asking. I should have asked, but I didn't. Ian got to the bottom of the problem and solved it in one go.

He even provided a simple way to deal with similar problems in the future. He basically provided a process that any business owner should use, which I will put into my SOP from now on.

Great support. Quick to respond and always so pleasant and helpful. I've bugged them so many times with ?'s that pop up at any given point and time but it never matters to them. Working w/ Zendrop on managing a few orders in transit, one order had sat for a few days without any movement, contacted their support team, and Darlene assisted me straight away with a few updates in between and got working on the problem / solution. Also, she gave me alternative's on what the issue could be but overall she sorted out the issue of tracking in about 48 hours from the time i reported and got the package moving and on it's way. Great service and kept me updated all the way.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping.
I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.
