Zendrop has great customer service. Very quick to reply to issues that dropshippers would have. Looking forward with working with Zendrop as my business grows.
Jobelle, & all the other assistants are really helpful and quick to respond in case when issues occur. As a starting business its really great to have such a great backend to your store.
Response times are a little long but good experience so far with the actual fulfillment side of things.

10/10. Always early to catch on to products and great customer support
Fast and great customer service support
Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.
