So far so good with zendrop very supportive fast response I'm pretty picky when it comes to these things and they met the standards of what I needed great service when it comes to communicating with someone

Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.

Jo Anne Larga was the ZenDrop specialist who helped me with transferring the ownership from my prebuilt ZenDrop store to my own Shopify account. She did an amazing job! I am very pleased with ZenDrop overall and will stay with them for a very long time.

Great customer service especially when just getting started they handled all my questions and with all honesty I would strongly recommend them to anyone just starting out. The only con is that you have to pay after 25 orders wish it was 50 but it's still a 10/10.
