If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice.
The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production.
To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous.
UPDATE 11/25
Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management.

My experience with zendrop has been amazing. The support team is awesome, I was having issues with my store and reached out to the support team for help. I got a member of the team in less than a minute and she knew exactly what issue was to help me resolve it. I love it. Plus they have thousands of products at your fingertips. 10/10
Great service, at ease from finding products to adding to your store to managing sales. Always at had for issues and will resolve at the quickest possible moment. Would recommend use. Would also like them to add product videos.
Its a centralized place that has a very nice user interface and super easy to use. You can find any product, and auto fulfill it and its honestly so helpful to someone like myself who is a beginner to this
I have to admit Zendrop is an awesome resource for everything. I have learned so much in order to grow my online store. I am excited to see what else will occur. Their support team is always helpful for my questions and I highly recommend them

Zendrop Customer service and chat system is fantastic! Very helpful and quick! The App I am just learning, and they are great at answering all my questions! They also sourced a product for me in so quick it was awesome! Lots of cool features and print on demand as well.

I’ll give it a 4 star because most of the products I looked for even when paying the yearly subscription were not available for dropping. I requested more than 5 products and all of them couldn’t be found or couldn’t be dropped shipped.
But I must say that the customer service is more than excellent and exceded my expectations. They helped me get my refund and the help I needed. Thank you very much.
I just spent almost 3 hours on a live chat with two different ladies, Kelly an Jo. Why two you might ask? It is because of the time of day and a shift change. I had a major boo boo that I had done to myself and they both took their time in walking me through everything step by step. Big deal you might say. When you are new to drop shipping an e-commerce, and working with just one hand it can be VERY time consuming. In short they were Very helpful and patient with me, and I owe them a BIG DEAL of Gratitude.
