The only downside I've experienced so far is the support chat. It does not allow you to speak to a real person, so if your question is more complex than the canned responses can answer, you have to find another way to contact the company.

App was easy to use. Displayed steps and it was easy to search for products and upload to shop. Also has videos to support set up.
