Zendrop has been great. I have been watching their recorded videos to learn more about Dropshipping, which have been tremendously helpful in both setting up my Shopify store, adding products, preparing to run ads, and learning how to get organic traffic. I requested that a product be added to Zendrop and the product was added very quickly. They reached out to me promptly when a product was out of stock and offered a very similar item instead. I am very happy with Zendrop so far.

Un timo. Me han cobrado si usarla, cuando dicen que puedes probarla gratuitamente es mentira. El cobro lo hacen desde shopify, el reembolso lo has de pedir a Zendrop directamente, en Zendrop no figura que me hayan cobrado nada.

I appreciate not having to figure out how to approve the sale and reach out to the supplier like other platforms. Im not very tech savvy so it being an automatic thing is absolutely amazing!

I started my first Shopify store in 2017 and have worked with all major dropshipping apps. Zendrop is a reliable partner with easy to handle app, perfectly synced with Shopify, intelligent product search, good quality products and effective and polite support team. I like the AI support in various fields, too.

I' have never had a problem with Zendrop, as a matter of fact I've had a very good experience with these guys. The course modules were unexpected and very helpful, so were the lessons. The customer service, Tessa, Patty, ZDAI, and others were extremely helpful and very responsive. They also have a resource hub, which is Great. All in All I give a very good recommending. I would recommend.

Worst experience since day 1. I was testing produced boom l am charged $57. I have no funds to pay for what l did not expect and l am not going to allow yoh take my money like that. Payment keep bouncing back, AI helpdesk said l must de-link the products so system will not take my funds but it keep updating the nexg scheduled day to take my funds. I am pissed of. I have debit orders that l must pay with my bank and now zendrop is greedy for nothing

Zendrop customer service has really been phenomenal! Every time I have had to contact them I’ve always received a quick response and they exceeded my expectations by answering all my questions and show so much concern about my issues I was having in my Shopify store, and even made me feel even more special with a follow up phone call from Darlene, checking to see if the issues I was having was resolved, or if they needed to continue to help me with it after I did not respond to them via email. You all are so reliable and so helpful and I appreciate you so very much for your help and your quick . If I could rate you beyond five stars, I would give you all 100+ that’s just how amazing you all are! thanks for your help again, and I know I can depend on your help in the future without a doubt. I had difficulty with the products I added to my Shopify store via Zendrop, as the products showed "unavailable" when they were actually in stock.

I contacted Jobelle, Zendrop customer service, and the assistance was top-notch.

I recommend Zendrop to anyone who appreciates top-notch customer support.
