Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

great support ever

I am new to Shopify and have recently started using Zendrop, and I must say it's the best thing that has ever happened to my store. The service is friendly, making dropshipping with Zendrop feel like a family business. They genuinely care about my store and check in on me from time to time. The customer service is excellent, and they offer a wide collection of items. I would definitely recommend Zendrop to other store owners.

Customer service is Incredible, they respond in no time and they are really helpful.

So far I only needed support so I only can write about it.

I have to say I tried to use AutoDS but their customer service is more than worse! From them I got an answer in 2 days which is wow bad... And the problem I was waiting for them was a glitch in their system... All my product said "out of stock" when in reality I have no idea what those guys were doing, but horrible customer service, can't reach them at all.

With Zendrop it is different. I was listing products on my store and I had a very tiny little question and they answered me WITHIN MINUTES!!! WOW they are GREATE!!! And within 2 hours everything I needed, I got all the answers, from the team and from the manufacture.

So far all I can say is THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Fast customer service!!! 10/10 Zendrop!!!!

Amazing service! Had an issue with a promotion I was offered, I contacted support and Karrie was extremely quick to get the issue resolved for me. The app is also super easy to navigate and offers a whole host more than other competitors 5/5!!

Joining Zendrop has been one of the best decisions I've made. I love their products, and their customer service is excellent. Every time I've had an issue and needed to contact support, they've been able to help me. Their platform is also very easy to use.

Each time I have a question regarding the products, I am able to start a CHAT to obtain some information. They quickly reach out to others to help get the answers I am looking for!

Great customer service. Hasty when u need them to be.

J'ai reçu des réponses rapides dans la journée du support Zendrop. Il n'y a pas d'agent parlant français. Il faut traduire leurs réponses si besoin. Je suis au début de l'utilisation de Zendrop academy (Zendrop+). Tout est en anglais également, de même pour les visio pour les coaching collectifs. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas la langue ne vous y aventurez pas! Je n'ai pas encore mis en ligne ma boutique shopify.
