I had an issue with my account credits and reached out to Zendrop support. Liezel was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She made sure everything was clearly explained and followed up until the issue was fully resolved. Great customer service experience. Thank you, Liezel and Zendrop!
Every product I ordered through ZenDrop is mediocre at best and often the description is a lie. I ordered a "premium leather jacket" which turned out to be vinyl, a "cashmere sweater" that doesn't feel like cashmere at all and nearly ordered "premium leather oxfords" that were vinyl uppers.
When I asked for a refund they refused. Don't use this company

The team are always very helpful with my enquiries. There are many great products listed. Cheaper postage with the plans is great also.
My one thought is that it would be great if I could change the currency displayed. Everything is in USD, and I sell from Australia, so I need to convert the cost all the time.
Honestly, great service. They make it really easy to communicate with the suppliers.
My experience with the Zendrop-Dropshipping & POD was great. The assistance Nyka was very helpful and attended to my query quite quickly. Nyka also sent me a follow-up email to check that everything was going well and offered further assistance if required which I think was very important.
I was having some issues setting up my store and linking it to Zendrop but the staff was very helpful.
Jacob was soo helpful with reporting a bug that occured when I was adding products in zendrop to my store.
Kristia was extremely helpful with helping me sort out my delivery and shipping settings along with helping me purchase a sample from my store.
Zendrop staff has been so supportive in guiding me through my experience of setting up a store.

It is the WORST Dropshipping experience with products and logistic. Very limited products to choose and logistic takes forever to ship and arrive. It is not an automatic system, meaning that you have to be checking everyday availability of the product because they have not an automatic system to mark a product as sold out when they have no more available. The option to add products that they don't have is really bad, because they are not going to have it never, that means that when you sell the product, they are not sure to find the same exact product to be ship to the customer. You have to be sure to check every day your app because when you sell a product you have to press fulfill, something else that is not automatic. Don't waste your money with this app. The only positive thing that they have is that when you are "lucky" to reach an agent, they answer fast and work proactively to try to solve your problem as they can, because procedures and logistic are not part of their roles, they are just there as customer service representatives and their work is trying to help you. The system to reach a representative is not easy because they have an IA with answers that never have the answer that you need.

Watch out for the fine print!
It all sounds great at first — “You only pay when you start making sales.” But in reality? Not quite. After setting everything up and getting started, boom! A $30 subscription fee shows up — even if you haven’t sold a single thing yet.
I felt misled. The pricing model isn’t transparent, and the overall experience was frustrating. If you’re considering using Zendrop, make sure you read every line of the terms very carefully.
I don’t recommend it. Transparency is key — and it was clearly missing here.

Zendrop charged me twice for the Plus plan and then downgraded my account to Zero. I received no features I paid for. Support ignored me until it was “too late” to refund. I was promised benefits and got nothing. Terrible support, broken billing system.

Scammers! DO NOT USE! I installed the app with the promise of 7 days FREE Trial, but as soon as i linked my first product they charged me and refused to refund! I only found out when i saw the bill from Shopify that says:
Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD (Uninstalled) $29.00
Then i contacted them, but they REFUSE to refund on the ground that "5 days period for refund request expired".
How can i not miss the 5 days period if i never expected to be charged in the first place!!!
I'm going to report that scam crocks to Shopify
