A good and wide selection, but backpacks for schoolchildren and all bags under the word bags are hard to find. They should be separated into school bags, accessories could be used for all smaller bags for cosmetics ....

I've JUST added product to my store. I was having trouble finding a sizing chart and the AI bot put me through to a Human helper and we quickly solved the problem. The 4 star is for the Customer Service only.

Revised from 2 stars to 4 after a great customer service experience. They reached out and, though my problem was not really resolved (yet) they acknowledged my complaint and at least made me feel like someone was listening!

So far it's a great app and customer support is great. As I'm on the starter plan, I slowly start to feel limited but not there yet. Don't now yet what feature(s) could benefit me in an upgrade plan but I will eventually know I guess.

I received a new order but it was cancelled. I reached out to Zendrop at 5am (EST) frustrated that there was no number to call, however after going through the FAQs and not finding what I needed I decided to use the chat and was quickly relieved when the bot offered me a human. She quickly resolved my issue and my order was immediately sent to the quoting process. Thanks Zendrop you rock!
