Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

I was initially having some trouble updating inventory based on instructions provided to me by the service desk team - after some back and forth one of their senior customer care managers hopped in and provided some personal assistance and we were able to work through the problems I was having. Problems solved! After this experience my confidence with their service has been restored. Much appreciated.

I needed help at a late hour and Cyril was right there with the absolute calmness patience. She walked me through each and every step making sure I understood each process. 5 stars is an understatement.

The customer support was quick to reply, patient and friendly. There also a bunch of useful features like Zendrop AI, and the Zendrop academy. Zendrop Plus definitely gives the most value since you get 200-300 dollars in credit which covers the fees for the Plus plan for at least 2 months, motivating you to work even harder so you can use this 'free money' and eventually make a profit for yourself along the way

I usually don't like to use the help function on websites because it is not always helpful. But Joshua helped me out and did so very quickly. He had the answers to all of my questions and I did not need to repeatedly explain my problem to a bunch of different bots and helpers to get them. I explained once to the bot and then Joshua knew the situation and helped promptly. Zendrop is great.

However, I would like to offer some suggestions for potential improvements:
* Enhancement of Zendrop Academy:
I've observed that Zendrop Academy offers a limited number of lessons, which can be completed within a short span, often leaving users with no further engagement. Additionally, most of the content available in the academy is accessible on Zendrop's YouTube channel. Furthermore, the content of the live calls seems to follow a repetitive pattern, focusing primarily on the host's success story, the benefits of Zendrop, and addressing basic questions. While these sessions may serve as effective marketing strategies, I believe there is room for diversification and deeper exploration of topics to cater to varying levels of expertise and interests.
* Implementation of Ad Spy Functionality:
It is my suggestion that Zendrop considers establishing a partnership with an ad spy tool to integrate an ad spy feature directly into the platform. This addition would enable users to efficiently monitor advertisements and streamline the process of importing products into Zendrop. By providing users with the ability to view ads, analyze their performance metrics, and seamlessly import associated products within the Zendrop interface, this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and eliminate the need to navigate between multiple platforms for research and product sourcing.
These proposed enhancements aim to further optimize the utility and convenience of Zendrop, ultimately contributing to an even more seamless and productive user experience.
