Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

The processing time is longer than before and the missing item still not yet resent to client. If they don't improve their service, we will consider other supplier.

Charging customers just to upload products onto their website whilst also making money on fulfillment. How greedy can you get? not to mention the lack of details and images provided.

Used to be a really good app, but not anymore. Since recently, they won't refund you anymore for products that customers want to return. This means it will cost you money anytime a customer wants a refund, making dropshipping with Zendrop not profitable anymore.

Easy to use however;

This isnt a free supplier website, it is based of the amount of products listed onto your store.

Meaning depending on the amount of products you list, you will be charged starting at 1 product listed on your store.

This isnt good for starting dropshippers, as you will be charged after a month for the products listed without you knowing.

Do not download the shopify app: Zendrop. If you are looking for a review and a reason to not download this app extension here it is. The app says free to download and free to use but then charges you excessively. Our experience with Zendrop has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted our small business. While they do offer refunds when we need to refund our customers (which is appreciated), this policy doesn’t make up for the sheer volume of issues we’ve faced. Here are the key problems:

Onboarding omits all the extra charges, and doesn't explain, how to stay on a free plan, be aware just by adding a product and linking your own products you will be charged a lot! and by a lot i mean, you linked your own products...

Deffinetly a Scam!

This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it.

billing for services after a free trial then refusing a refund. i never gave them cc details. very scammy business model taking advantage of free trials without disclosing the ongoing billing
