The only really bad thing about this application is that most of its products do not allow you to purchase multiple units. There are specific products that, due to their size or duration of use, should be offered in several lots. It is convenient for the producer and the consumer. They should review their products.
On the other hand, there are many products that are presented, but they do not have shipping available, there should be something that tells you that there is no shipping available before you want to add it to your list. After that, zendrop is the best, although it needs to have more variety of products.

In itself the app and website is pretty good. Well built and easy to import new products to your store. However, when signing up I was promised a "30 day free trial", but I only seem to be able to get a 7 day instead which is not a good way to welcome new people. For beginners this app has a expensive price for the paid plan which you will need to actually use it properly. Because of this I landed on a strong 3 stars since I can`t rate between 3 and 4 stars.

You can use the app completely free using the Starter plan but we do offer the 7-day free trial to test out one of the paid plans. 30 days is something only offered when you have a promo code to apply. I was really excited about this app, I took the time to watch the meetings on YouTube to get ideas on how to better my experience. Some of the info was very helpful and I felt like I had a community. When it comes down to the actual process, I felt that it didn't live up to expectations. I ordered my first test product 4 days ago and I still cannot track the order. They give me a tracking number and it keeps saying unable to track. I am really glad I did this before anyone ordered from me because I would hate to come off looking like a fraud. I am a bit pissed because I spent all this time marketing the items and listing them in different places now I have to go back and remove them. Time wasted, but that's my fault because I should have ordered the test first. Also for the 1st tier-paid subscription, you really don't get a lot of benefits. I would think that they would offer really good benefits which would make people organically want to move to the next tier.

The tracking numbers for products shipping from China generally don't have any updates for at least the first 3 days until they get scanned at the next checkpoint. Very slow customer support that does not help.
For around 3 weeks I am now talking to the customer support and it's been a cumbersome nightmare.
I am asking a simple question to link multiple zendrop products to one product with multiple variants on Shopify.
Support is evading questions & problem descriptions, asking "Why do you even want to do that and taking multiple days to respond"
I sent all the zendrop product Ids and asked to just create a zendrop product on their backend that contains all the variants because the approach that the support told me to do does not work for my use-case at all.
This has been straightly ignored and after 7 days (And I even asked if there was an update after 4 days) answered with:
"It looks like your products are able to be linked. I am a little confused on what you are needing to be done on our end.
Do you know what the steps are to receive a quote on your products? To receive a quote we require a sale on the product first. "
So as a PLUS user with access to 24/7 support, that's the answer I receive.
Btw I tried linking the products but they are not shown in the search results when you try to link a product.
He could already see that I successfully quoted many products so it was obvious that I know the requirements. To me, it feels like he is just trying to keep the conversation going and is enjoying wasting other people's time.
I also mentioned other problems, for example instantly declined quotations, which he ignored.
I was very respectful with their customer support but they definitely are not respectful of your time.

I have only been using Zendrop for about a month and it’s been a good experience so far. Their customer service is prompt and they try to resolve any issues. My problem was I signed up to Plus plan with a 7 day free trial but Zendrop charged me right away. They did provide me the refund but the charge threw me off and I cancelled the plus plan right away without checking out all the features. Nonetheless so far so good. The only other thing is products take too long to arrive for my customers if they worked on shipping Zendrop can become huge.
Just trialing the Zendrop Dropshipping app because AliExpress was too expensive and CJ Dropshipping was an absolute debacle. The products available from within Zendrop Fulfillment channels are quite limited and I find I have to import the ones I need from AliExpress. I like the idea of the custom branding (on the higher paid brands) and the shipping channels look fast and reliable in comparison to the other Dropshipping apps. So far the set up is straight forward enough but I have yet to run any orders so will have to wait and see how that goes.

Some products have misleading images, the product available is not necessarily the image that is being shown--check the variants to get an accurate product. Do your due diligence and review the entire product listing before you import it to your store, this will save you a lot of work later.
As of right now I have used this app for about an hour, still looking around and getting to know the app. Seems very usable and I am excited to learn as much as I can on how to use it to take advantage of all it has to offer.
This is my first time using it seems fairly user-friendly. Hoping to use it lots in the future And access their huge selection of products

Cant give this platform a 0 star or 5 star as i have only just started to use it. Looks simple enough to use. Lets see where this takes me.
