love this platform, great value and fast customer service. I've tried another platform and had to pay just to "start", and the automation was awful

Easy to navigate and provides enough trainings

Had an issue with a return/refund/reshipping of an order. I first spoke to a "bot" and within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning I was contacted by a live representative who guided me through the entire process by simply providing them shipping information. The platform is amazing and has helped me get my store to the next level. The free plan is amazing and can get the job done for sure, but the pro plan is a game changer. Ive used other automated dropshipping apps and this one is the best for sure.

The customer service is awesome. When i had an issue, a representative did more than what I asked for. Gave me the article to look over and on top of that check the issue herself and sent me images to clearly show what I was looking for and even followed up with detailed paragraphs over the topic. Great tool, they work with suppliers so you don't have to. Very rarely is there an issue they cant solve. I recommend the Academy too.

I'm as beginner as you can get. I have other places explaining how to sell and marketing stuff. The problem was I didn't know how to put a product on my store.
