I've been using Zendrop for 2 weeks now. I. New to this business. Zendrop has answered my questions through chat support however it's hard when you don't have someone showing you how to completely setup your store. I would recommend Zendrop

Yes, customer service is great. I guess that is where the higher costs come from. Now I'm a bit worried about trying out other less expensive apps thinking they might not have the service I need if I run into issues. If that's the case I would gladly pay more at Zendrop. However, the main tool I need to use has not been working lately hopefully they fix this soon. I was offered 3 months free because of this which would have been great but opted for a refund until the issue is fixed.

It is in fact a great app for dropshipping. Their staff is always there and willing to assist. I have pointed out some areas of opportunity to improve which I don’t see any action taken as of yet.

I just experienced the customer service department and with in a few minutes they had me up and running. Thanks again Cyril. Your awesome

I had forgotten to add a coupon code however Juan was able to refund my original order and apply the discount for me! It was a very smooth process. Great customer support!
