Zendrop is a brilliant platform to be working from. The layout is easy to find your way around. And if you are sure of anything, their agents are on standby to help in whatever way they can.
I couldn't think of taking my business elsewhere. Very friendly staff and informative.

I would recommend Zendrop 100%. I had an issues processing an order and reached out to the chat and customer care was very helpful. Researched the issue in the order and took the time to walk me through how to fix it and I was able to get the customers order out on time and the customer received the order within an excellent time frame.

I am 100% new to drop-shipping and didn't even know that Shopify existed. It has been a slow learning process and have made several mistakes setting up my account in Shopify. But the only thing that is easy for me to understand and handle is Zendrop. And whenever I get stocked, I use the chat box and there is always someone ready to assist me. I love using Zendrop. It has made my drop-shipping journey much easier.

I HIGHLY recommend this app! After setting up my Shopify store, I had received a Promo for a great deal for Zendrop Plus. I had gotten under the weather and missed the offer!! I was devastated because this was a great offer and I really need to save as much money as possible right now! It crossed my mind to just ask and see what the bot tells me. I get a live agent on the bot, named Joshua. Joshua was great and made my experience wonderful as I am lost right now and need as much help as possible! It's very welcoming, having a bot with an option for a live chat! I have had the best experience so far! Thanks so much!!! -Erica

I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for.

After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return
