2 out of 2 products that i've sold have had stock issues, but both times the support team resolved the issue very quickly

you will have to contact customers asking them about replacements, but it's part of the job

my zendrop can't not be used. who shall I refer to? I tried many ways can't use the ai. storebuilder. I tried uninstall the app and try to restore and reconnect. But it says Your account XXXgmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.then I follow the step and start another account but now it says Zendrop allows only one active store connection. It is too hard to use.

I think zendrop is extremely good, simple layout, easy to navigate, great shipping times for dropshipping and amazing fast-responsive customer support.

The only negative thing is that some products are way too expensive, which doesn’t allow for good profit margins and therefore makes it almost impossible to be profitable with paid ads.

I have been using Zendrop for over slightly a month now, and I have to say that I’m fairly disappointed.

While I generally think they have a good customer team, they seem to have trouble coming contact with their fulfillment team. For instance, when I made sample order and had a question about the delivery process, I was told that I will get an answer between 24-48 hours from their shipping team. I waited patiently and It took about a week, before I got a reply.

Additionally, their fulfillment team don’t seem to care sending packages in Chinese letter (while advertising it in English) and the local supplier don’t seem to care if you get your product or not (at least in Greece).

All of this increases the chance of getting upset customers, decreases customer loyalty and will for sure hurt your brands reputation.

I don’t see how you can scale your e-commerce business like this.
I’m really dissatisfied that I already bought the Zendrop Plus Plan for one year.

I recently started using Zendrop and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their platform is incredibly user-friendly and the product selection is diverse, making it easy to find items. Also the customer support is reliable and will help you with anything. Definitely recommend.

I had the opportunity to try Zendrop, but as soon as I installed it, I was charged a fee directly before I even started using it. So I immediately deleted it and sent it back to CJ dropshipping. I think you should not use it at all. It is an application that has a small number of products and requires money for everything. Good thing we have CJ.

I joined Zendrop not too long ago and had a pleasant experience so far. What I am most happy about is their quick and helpful customer service. I encountered a problem today and reached out to support via chat. I was quickly transferred to a representative and received a reply within 2 minutes. The representative was very kind and helpful and the issue was fixed in a few minutes. Very happy with my choice.

I love Zendrop! As I was building my Shopify store, I ran into a lot of issues, there customer support team has really helped me out a lot. There team is quick to get back to you and there zenbot really does help a lot. Zendrop has not let me down.
