Harvey from customer support has been very helpful today in helping to solve an issue that has been frustrating me for weeks now. I was running around in circles before with other suggestions and agents but Harvey came to the rescue. Besides that, so far Zendrop has been user friendly.

I purchased a 1-year plan but I didn't know how to connect it to my store. Fortunately, two customer service agents (Leigh & ivan) helped me out. They replied quickly and made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of.
I love the customer support that I received when I inconterred problems and when I requested to deactivate a duplicate account. Nyka was excellent and I appreciate the live chat which make it easy to resolve problems expediantly.

App is great so far, I did have an issue with the Subscription with Zendrop and Shopify not linking so I got charged twice.

I would recommend Zendrop to anyone doing dropshipping, based on customer service, thus far. I felt compelled to say they have a very helpful customer service team, and I want to specifically highlight, Khubaib Khan. He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. God bless him and his family!
I have not yet actually started adding any products from Zendrop to my Shopify store, but once I have started fully utilizing the service, I will be sure to return with another review!

I'm new to the whole dropshipping scene. Zendrop has done a great job getting me up and running. One critique... Be clear to explain the different warehouses that the product is in. This is important because if you put your products on TikTok, they absolutely do not like products being shipped outside the U.S. So I would make sure to only add products from the Zendrop US warehouse. There customer service is great and they have helped a lot. Thanks Zendrop!
12/29/24 Update: Khubaib helped me today and he was very thorough in explaining some things to me. Being fairly new, some situations I didn't know how to deal with and he helped greatly with that. Thanks Khubaib!
