I am a new user, learning about the App. I have yet to experience more but the interactive and swift customer assistance is amazing! Looking forward to consistent success. Came in confused about my current plan and received awesome customer assistance, explanation and a satisfying resolution. Grateful for Zendrop.
I would recommend Zendrop to anyone doing dropshipping, based on customer service, thus far. I felt compelled to say they have a very helpful customer service team, and I want to specifically highlight, Khubaib Khan. He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. God bless him and his family!
I have not yet actually started adding any products from Zendrop to my Shopify store, but once I have started fully utilizing the service, I will be sure to return with another review!

Rafaela is very quick to respond. She was also very polite and professional when handling my concerns. Im new to Zendrop and so far, they have been fantastic.

Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition.

Great customer Service. I somehow opened two accounts, one was a plus account and the other was basic. i was doing everything on the basic account, that could be why things weren't working right lol. Jo a wonderful Customer Service rep Helped me to fix the issue as well as give detailed instructions on how to connect the proper account, Thank you again Jo.

I am very satisfied with the support. I had an issue with an order that just came in, as it wasn't showing up in the Zendrop "Orders." I contacted support and received a very quick response from the lovely Jo Anne, who was able to provide me with an answer right away. Thank you for the help. I haven't been using Zendrop for long, but I have no complaints so far. Thanks for the help, Jo Anne, and here's to a great collaboration!
