Charging customers just to upload products onto their website whilst also making money on fulfillment. How greedy can you get? not to mention the lack of details and images provided.

Starting out in the world of dropshipping, my biggest challenge was finding a reliable supplier. After days of research I decided to go with Zendrop. I found their platform much easier to navigate compared to other sites, and their customer support has been excellent. they always respond to my messages and address my questions, no matter the day. So far, I’m very satisfied and feel comfortable with them.

Today I made a mistake when adding a payment. I wrote an email and the support team took care of it immediately and was promised a reimbursement. They also offered me a free month to try the app and learn the basics to establish my online store. Looking forward to working with Zendrop!

The customer service is very quick and responsive.

I am having a lot of problems with product delivery currently, but with the customer service help, I might be able to solve it soon.

This is the downside, I am very disappointed with the miscommunication the shipping process. I've had some products sent back to the warehouses and they didn't say anything. Hopefully it's not a recurring issue.

SHIZA, the customer service girl is being very helpful.

zendrop... i do not have a good story to tell. i am a beginner at this shopify store for fashion jewelry. i paid webdesigner to put together our site with about 65 beautiful pieces. i first chose dsers for the first setup and used aliexpress for product...it looked good but delivery was slow and the packageing was a plastic bag...not good for sales....so 2 months into this i switched to zendrop. that was a mistake. ever iteam on my webpage showed 'sold out' and i could not change it. i thought i was hacked and shut it down. i am still trying to recover. zendrop suggested going to each iteam and writing a new description and link in the iteam to zendrop. i do not have that skill and i think would not look as good as the professional designer had it set up.

So today I got a problem with my shopify as payment was done in any other account not my account which was activated with the shopify store, Mariane, helps me a lot into it, she resolve my issue, and I am really happy with it, she listen to me very clamly, and answer to my every Question and give me every possible solutions, so once again thanks a lot...

Great company to work with. I love that they source products from trusted suppliers and by linking the products to my store the fulfilment process is smooth. The reps are always available 24/7 and very knowledgeable.
