I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.

It's definitely one of the best out there !!! It definitely has way more products than the other suppliers, but I still sometimes find It difficult to find new products, as most of the products are available here after the trend has died down so it would be real nice if they could just increase their product range, overall, the experience was very good, the shipping rates, the product rates, I find all them very reasonable so yea pretty cool platform
