Unfortunately, it was not possible to chrck how it works. Everything is fine, but there is no transaction.
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to test out Zendrop the way you would have liked. In order for me to understand how that happened, I'm going to reach out to you via email. I hope to talk to you soon.
Zendrop's system is preventing me from downgrading.
Zendrop's system also doesn't use my sign in when your system forces me to submit a request. so when we are forwarded to submit a request we are not logged in. Your system then says you haven't received the request and to check email.
Email says sign up for new account because your system doesn't let us logged in peoples be logged in when submitting a request.
Then we have to go back to the support place and login then attempt another request. 1 out of 7 attempts seems to have submitted.
But then another email response of please create an account. It has been over 4 business days since the suppossed successful request with zero communication from Zendrop. Further trying to frustrate us into leaving it alone and not downgrading. Forcing us to come to email and complain. Forcing us to come here and review.
2 days from now i will submit at better business.
This is lawsuit stuff.

Garbage they couldn't give me an explanation on why they couldn't deliver to the third biggest city in the U.S in there own words "We regret to inform you that, at this time, we are unable to ship to the countries you've mentioned. We understand your interest and we are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities" ? doesn't make sense glad it was a free trial but that goes to show you these people just want your money , super high shipping fees bad customer service and overpriced.

We have tried this plugin for 3 days. The publishing process of a product within our store was working fine in the beginning but then it broke all of a sudden. We tried to reach their support without any success. They have an AI Bot which is useless as you cannot create a ticket and eventually, we never had any meaningful communication with them. We cannot imagine what might happen with the orders when the basic functionality (import and publish a product to your store) doesn't work. The funny thing is that they market the service with the label 24/7 support. We would say 0/0 support in our case. We tried to uninstall and install the plugin as we thought that this could fix our issue but it didn't.

Currently waiting for BRAD to respond b/c outside of your reply to this REVIEW no one has bothered to respond to ANY of my messages. Hopefully Brad will respond soon and resolve this issue b/c I'm extremely unhappy and will not be happy until I receive a FULL REFUND.
I would never recommend this APP to anyone. I downloaded the APP for the free trial. I deleted the APP before the free trial ended and never uploaded any products of theirs to my site. To my dismay Zendrop still withdrew $399.99 out of my bank account despite not using any of their products or their APP. They claim express emailing well that isn't accurate either because I've yet to get a response.

precisa investir na plataforma para começar usar e pra que esta começando fica complicado, poderia pelo menos ter um limite pra testa 7 dias não da nem tempo de chega o produto no cliente e ter um feedback

HERE IS MY HONEST REVIEW 1. I downloaded the paid version of zen drop
2. There are no good products on here I had to do ALL the work and import them from aliexpress myself
3. I am paying a monthly free and then they tried to charge me EXTRA for shipping on a item that has FREE SHIPPING listed on aliexpress hoenstly, i liked the app at first but that just seems SCAMMY and not worth it considering how I still am doing ALL THE WORK like $$$$ per month and then you're upcharging on shipping but advertise you are trying to help small business owners. YEAH RIGHT ! There are so many other FREE dropshipping apps that won't upcharge you
Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you haven't had the best experience with Zendrop so far. We have over 500k different products in our catalog so that can definitely make it a challenge to find the exact products you're looking for. We're working on improving our search functionality as well as improving our categories. Additionally, we've recently onboarded many new US suppliers -- a lot of great new products + fast shipping times! For the AliExpress topic, we don't do business with them at all. We source the same or similar products from our own trusted network of factories. We just pull the product listing information so you can start selling as soon as possible. This means that the product cost + shipping cost you see on AE is irrelevant (when you go through the full checkout process on AE you'll find that they're generally more expensive, lower quality products, and much longer shipping times).
