I do recommend this app, especially to people starting in this drop shopping journey they’re the best. Easy to get hold of and very effective

I am just starting and I had a hard time understanding which product to list, and Zendrop's customer service Joshua came in clutch

customer service is great I got through right away and they took care of my issue. I have yet to use them for anything but pushing products to my store, which is as easy as possible. so far great service.

I'm working today on a Saturday and I messaged Zendrop for help with connecting my second store under my Plus Plan. They got back to me within like 15 mins which was surprising lol.... but surprising in a good way! Instantly got my second store connected (after I changed the email address). They won't charge you for every new store you start and from what I can tell are VERY helpful. Highly recommend :)

ZenDrop makes it super easy to manage your dropshipping product catalog, edits, imports and puts you in so much control.. even the free package is so much value and i highly recommend you go for the pro and plus plans coz they simply add so much power and tools for you to take your store the next level..

Not alot of options when it comes to fitness equipment, small things and not many choices on tech stuff, I still have not received $100 credit, I upgraded my account.

I would recommend zendrop for those who want to start a dropshiping business , great customer service , good prices , fast shipping and easy to replace order if damage or stolen .besides that you be able to find products on aliexpress and link them to zendrop.

Zendrop! What can I say. The website is reasonably simple to use and navigate. Customization can be tricky unless you go through all the training videos. HOWEVER the customer service via chat is one of the best i have experienced. I recently opened a Shopify store and had the need to contact Zendrop 3 times. Every single time the customer service representatives were patient and understanding and most importantly resolved my issues quickly. I never waited more than a minute to get redirected from the BOT to the Live person. I highly recommend Zendrop for its products and its amazing customer service. Thank You.
