Great customer service
ZENDROP is wonderful.. I was new to this whole E-Commerce game and tried to research a lot, but Youtube videos were all the same, and basically led me to Zendrop.. Well lets just say, every day I am surprised on how easy they have made my experience. They are very friendly and informative and quick to respond. No waiting days.. Easy to find products and smooth syncing to my store.. I tried a couple of the others and cancelled after a week. Zendrop is the best one.. They Got you covered.

I had so much trouble trying to figure out my shipping information and luckily got paired with Jo who was so helpful and together we were able to figure out the issues I had with my account. I highly recommend getting in-contact with Zendrop support to help you out with any issues you may be having, and hopefully get pair with Jo! Thank you Zendrop!
I had an excellent experience with the support team! They were incredibly patient and helpful, especially with resolving my subscription and billing issues. Can't say enough great things about Zendrop. Their support team is always very responsive no matter what time of day. The integration to the store is seamless and immediate so fulfilling orders is a great experience. Not only do they have a great catalogue of products to sell from immediately but their ability to source products is just as great. Dashboard is simple to use and effective

I enjoyed using Zendrop where I can browse products easily and add that to my store easily. My experience with their customer service has been amazing too. I got my question answered in a matter of minutes and the way they responded to me is very satisfying.

I wish i could do a 10 * i was recently the victim of scam on my store and Zendrop customer care was so freaking awesome. They never stop until everything was back to normal, thank you so much for the great work ethic, empathy and consistence everyone put into the work. Even when i told them to just deactivate and I’ll start over, they didn’t let me. I’m so grateful for everyone, a huge thank you for been so awesome at what y’all do

New to dropshipping.
Here is my email to Zendrop:
"I'm struggling to get my website up and running. In other words, I haven't started online shopping yet. Hope to be back soon.
Is there anything you or I can do to avoid the above expenses, until my online store is ready?"
And here is Zendrop's response:
"I completely understand that getting a website up and running can be a challenge, but take your time—it's all part of the journey! I've reviewed the account and billing information and it appears that you are currently subscribed to the Zendrop pro plan. Would you be okay if I add 2 months for FREE to your account? That's 3 full months of a paid subscription for the cost of one. Once the free months come to an end, you can choose to continue with the paid service or downgrade/cancel."
I call this very good insight and top-notch service, many thanks to Zendrop.
