Zendrop has been fantastic fulfillment service for my ecom store. Their platform is easy to use, and their product range is large. What really stands out is their customer support. Pretty much every time I have had a conversation with support, they have always been extremely helpful and just put out great vibes. Highly recommend Zendrop to anyone needing reliable fulfillment and great customer service.

New to dropshipping.
Here is my email to Zendrop:
"I'm struggling to get my website up and running. In other words, I haven't started online shopping yet. Hope to be back soon.
Is there anything you or I can do to avoid the above expenses, until my online store is ready?"
And here is Zendrop's response:
"I completely understand that getting a website up and running can be a challenge, but take your time—it's all part of the journey! I've reviewed the account and billing information and it appears that you are currently subscribed to the Zendrop pro plan. Would you be okay if I add 2 months for FREE to your account? That's 3 full months of a paid subscription for the cost of one. Once the free months come to an end, you can choose to continue with the paid service or downgrade/cancel."
I call this very good insight and top-notch service, many thanks to Zendrop.

I have to say that joining Zendrop is one of the best decisions I have made, I love the products and their customer service. My last issue I was helped by Kelley and the support was excellent, my billing question was answered then given information I needed for setting up another account. Joining the Plus Plan was also a great move.

I am very happy with Zendrop, they have amazing customer support. And I like it a lot because they do what they say. I can recommend this to all entrepreneurs who are starting out and the academy they have is great. It is one of the best platforms for this Drop Shipping business.
I only installed it, it saïd that they will only bring costs when using the app. I have never used the app once and now they have taken $30 for no reason do please watch out for this scam

If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice.
The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production.
To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous.
UPDATE 11/25
Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management.
