So far no good. I place a sample order to get a feel for shipping times and the overall shipping experience my customers will be having with zendrop handling shipping. TO START -- the shipper sent the product with fraudulent postage and it was seized by USPS - I bought this to the attention of Zendrop and despite me telling them it's not going to arrive - they insisted it's on its way still - while I could see in was stuck in a city only 2 hrs from me for about 5 days.. Customers service then agreed it would NOT be arriving and a new order would be shipped out - It's been over 24 hours and there is no indication any movement has been made to get that reshipped - customer service contact is unavailable -- no idea what the eta on reship is - Keep in mind if this was your customer order it would be you having to explain where their package is or maybe issuing a refund and probably losing that customer.. this would not be a good customer service experience..

Update: I did get the email from zendrop from their customer care manager. I wrote this person back and never got a reply. However the next day a reorder was ship - BUT it's now been 6 days and the tracking has not been updated to a shipped status and I've already reached out to their customer care and I expect to go in circles with them over this again. Again, this is a product coming to me - it's my very first order and it's been a flop I am very worried about my how my customers' experience with shipping will be at this point.

Update: shipping number defaulted to USPS but was really JC so tracking shows it's on it's way. Molly has been assisting - thanks.

Most recent issue - cannot adjust stock quantities from 0 to anything without deleting and linking the products again. Forget the work you put into customizing your product!! The instructions provided by the support team https://support.zendrop.com/en/articles/8420501-zendrop-sku-inventory-stuck-at-0-in-my-shopify-store do not work. I've email the dude who reaches out to you all when you complain - I bet he ghosts me again..

I am not sure if I would recommend it I have not had a chance to use it have had no sales can't connect to Facebook or Instagram upgraded to your $79 membership thinking I would have at least made one sale how wrong I was. Actually getting really tired of trying to figure out what I need to do might just cancel everything it has been more trouble than anything so I'll wait maybe 2 more weeks and if nothing happens I'll be out, I am sorry from what I've learned about Zendrop you guys are great.

Zendrop is amazing at almost everything. High Profit Margins, Eye Catching Cool Images, Fast Shipping, The Customer Support is never seen in any other app It's so quick. Dashboard is just so clean and simple to understand. It's been a few days and we are loving It already. Only 1 thing is that they should have shown a sample packaging an Image/Video So that we all could have got an idea of how the packaging would be. I created a Shopify store mainly for print and drop. But also wanted a gadget store and this is one of the best. I have not made a sale yet but think I made the right choice as Zendrop has over 2000 items to offer. I am excited to get my fist sale with them soon.

Ships my orders with ease. Customer support is fantastic. All my requests were sorted. Not too many problems (far less then other platforms). I had to get evidence for a Paypal case and Zendrop was able to provide everything needed. Overall good experience!

I'm as beginner as you can get. I have other places explaining how to sell and marketing stuff. The problem was I didn't know how to put a product on my store. For a quarter of the price and they made me a store, which awesome. I will be a loyal customer hopefully for a long time. And great service also . Thanks to everyone at Zendrop great team.
