I encountered a problem today and reached out to support via chat. I was quickly transferred to a representative and received a reply within 2 minutes. The representative was very kind and helpful and the issue was fixed in a few minutes. Very happy with my choice.

I love Zendrop! As I was building my Shopify store, I ran into a lot of issues, there customer support team has really helped me out a lot. There team is quick to get back to you and there zenbot really does help a lot. Zendrop has not let me down.

This is an updated review. I am VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THESERVICE OF THIS DROPSHIPPER!!! They promised 1-5 days of processing, and 1-10 days for actual shipping. last woeek orders are all past due on all commitments. Right now I have 30% request for cancelation. Support has not been able to resolve the issue.

I am thinking of re-strategizing all my investment as I built my business around only them.

Ive been using for 2 months. Shipping times are accurate to what it says on their site. I have processed 1 return and was very straightforward no issues from zendrop. The custom care is fast, very happy with the live chat.

I recommend this app for any business that are trying to scale, they have great customer support and are always willing to help. Fast response and majority of the products we order are great quality and price. worth it. Would be great if they could upgrade their branding offers.

great app shame about only being able to do 25 orders on the free plan but easy to use and support is really helpful compared to other channel support agents they are a dream any issues they jump right on it Jemima and mariane have been really helpful to me lately props to them both
