I’ve just recently started using Zendrop. So far their customer service is outstanding. I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I was trying to find products at reduced prices and within minutes they found everything I needed. They saved me a lot of money.

I highly recommend Zendrop! I have such professional assistance from the Zendrop pros. They have helped me with my store build, connection issues, domain, and education! The staff are very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Not only do they help with solutions, they kindly and with a real person, follow-up with me to ensure my issues are correctly resolved! They truly want to ensure I am successful with my journey!

ZenDrop has been the easiest supplier I have ever used! I tried a few others and as a newbie in ecommerce the Customer Support was A-Class and always is swift and professional in getting the help I need in very simple steps. I LOVE ZENDROP!

I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

By far the fastetst and best support ive ever had with dropshipping - handling return or refunds is super easy and any issue the team helps you with is resovled in minutes. this is the second account ive left 5 stars with for zendrop. not overdoing it here they are just litrally that good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience with the Zendrop app has been. Despite upgrading to a paid plan, the service is absolutely terrible. The shipping options are incredibly limited, and even with the paid plan, they couldn't fulfill their own products on time.

No product , extension does not work if you downgrade means you must leave and your not welcome any more.

I expected a professional service, but Zendrop failed to deliver on all fronts. If you're looking for a reliable dropshipping solution, stay away from Zendrop. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Avoid this app at all costs!

Amazing service! Had an issue with a promotion I was offered, I contacted support and Karrie was extremely quick to get the issue resolved for me. The app is also super easy to navigate and offers a whole host more than other competitors 5/5!!

I was having so much trouble connecting my 2 shopify stores to my Zendrop Plus plan. I tried for 4 days, trying to follow the instruction on Shopify Connecting/Disconnecting Accounts in Shopify without success. I am delighted to say an angel named Nyka, answered my chat in Zendrop and assisted me with successfully connecting both stores to my Zendrop Plus account and I am so grateful and feel this is the start to a beautiful business relationship with Zendrop assisting me to scale up my stores profits.
