Zendrop does not offer customizable POD options like Sellfy, Printful, Printify, etc... so that is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars -- their customer service is amazing and their other stuff appears to be awesome -- I just didn't spend a lot of time diving into stuff as my #1 priority is custom POD.

Products are not importing to the product page in the back office. The fulfillment is supposed to be done by Zendrop but my store name is under the vendor column on Spotify.

Just started my Dropshipping journey and the products Zendrop have access to are pretty good.
Will see how it all works out soon then I'll upgrade my 3 star to ?

The app has awesome supplies, I wanted some shoes on my website and I found some awesome deal on there. Only think I really don't like is for auto Fullment you have to pay.

So far it has been sufficient, but the fulfilment takes a bit long. Still waiting for an order to be fulfilled from Processing.

I'm happy to hear that Zendrop has been good so far! Our processing time is estimated at 2 to 3 days and that's actually a consistent average right now but sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on the product -- it may be a very popular product or a product that doesn't get much attention, both of which can cause a manufacturing delay. If processing hits 5 days or longer, feel free to hit up our Customer Success team by submitting a request via the Knowledge Hub.
