This review is about their customer service. Every time I have a question or need to go over some issues, they are very quick to reply and provide answers and solution until I understand and all is resolved. If no one is available to chat live, then I get a notification via email letting me know when someone is ready and available to chat. I am always satisfied with their customer service! Thank you! :)

En general no doy tantas estrellas. pero tuve un problema con un pedido y contacte a atencion al cliente donde me atendio Faye y me saco todas las dudas. super recomendable, no solo por la rapidez si no por toda la calidad que hay detras de los articulos

I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.

I just want to say how please I am with Zendrop's service, I have a store and I had an order on my store, and I reach out to know the update on the order shipment, and I spoke to Mariane, and I must say, it was the most Kindest conversation I have had on a website in a long time. I am soooo thankful that I am working with Zendrop and it was such a honour for me to talk to Mariane.
