Very quick to repond via chatbox and really helpful - answered all of my questions!

I was told I would receive an email yesterday with a resolution and still no response. On top of that the items that I have ordered were transferred to the local carrier a week ago and yet no delivery or tracking update. Customer service

I usually don't like to use the help function on websites because it is not always helpful. But Joshua helped me out and did so very quickly. He had the answers to all of my questions and I did not need to repeatedly explain my problem to a bunch of different bots and helpers to get them. I explained once to the bot and then Joshua knew the situation and helped promptly. Zendrop is great.
As a newcomer to Zendrop, I didn't know a single thing about ecommerce. Zendrop has helped me in so many ways understand dropshipping and online retail. Customer service is great, and I wouldn't choose another provider for my shopify store.
Had a question for the customer success team and they were quick to respond and provide helpful feedback. Was happy to chat with an actual person as well!
