zendrop has become one of the worst suppliers i work with. the prices are off the roof, customer service has 0 common sense with 0 accountability. you can work for weeks on your store, just to find out your best seller is out of stock. no way to track inventory. you can see in your shopify 15000 available units, but zendrop can always overide it. they dont even notify you if item is out of stock, you just find out when you are trying to fulfill orders. Plus dont get fooled with the product import request, its just a way for them to promote products already ion the catalogue. you can request to import products, they always come back with the same answer "we couldn't find your item but we have something similar in our catalogue" and when you click on the link of that similar product, you find out its shitty gimmicky product that has nothing to do with your product, store or brand. i have requested more then 15 products, imported products 0 . furthermore, dont get fooled by their refund process, its does not work after 10 business days and most merchants give a 30 days money back guarantee. definitely zendrop has made my work much harder, and again their prices are 30% to 40% more expensive then other suppliers. it was a great start but unfortunatly things have changed over the last 12 months. too bad...0 stars.
I have never seen a customer support so efficient like Zendrop team. They have real people working 24/7. I made a mistake with my subscription plan and they resolved everything with courtesy and in a few minutes. I am a beginner and I am loving the Plus plan. Thank you Zendrop Team.
I would rate Zendrop 5 stars! It's been a fantastic tool for my dropshipping business. The app is user friendly and makes finding quality products a breeze. The automated fulfillment process saves me so much time, and their customer support is always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Zendrop to anyone looking to streamline their dropshipping operations and improve efficiency.
UPDATE 01/07/2025:
I am so frustrated with Zendrop! I haven't had my store up and running for very long and I just received my first order a couple of days ago. I have to cancel that order because the supplier is out of stock for the item that was purchased. Now, I know Zendrop is not the supplier. But Zendrop works with those suppliers and if the supplier is out of stock, that should be reflected in the inventory for my store regardless of the item. If it was just one order, that's one thing. But this has happened on sample orders I've placed as well. How does that instill buyer confidence in my store if my supplier (Zendrop) can't tell me if they even have the product to ship until after the order is made? Zendrop controls the inventory reports for the items and then will update that information, which is pushed to my site. If an item, or variant, is out of stock, it becomes invisible until that item is restocked. Or rather, that's how it's supposed to work.
I am not pleased with order fulfillment through Zendrop.

I subscribed to Zendrop because they keep stating how they have a large inventory of products that ship from the U.S., which is what I'm looking for. It turns out that the number of products shipped from the U.S. consist of cheap jewelry, t-shirts, and a few pet supplies. And there is no timeline to expand out the U.S. based products so you can actually have something worth buying that ships domestically. If you want some variety in your store catalog, you have to hope that the shipping from China is really fast. And processing of the orders can take up to 72 hours. I can understand some extra time if the order comes in over a weekend, but 72 hours is unacceptable to me.
Would you like to contact support for an order or a product? Good luck. They have 3 methods to contact support; chatbot, opening a support ticket, or using Discord. Not one of those options let's you open a new ticket. There are no phone numbers to call. There isn't an email address you can use to send in a request. It's all broken or not an available option.
I'll let this subscription run and move onto another drop shipper that has some idea how to do what they say. Which is a bummer because Zendrop, on the surface, is a great idea. They just can't deliver. No pun intended.

Zendrop has has helped me a lot. Trying to get my Shopify store setup and making sure my orders are sent out correctly was a big help for me. The customer service team is great. Great customer service especially when just getting started they handled all my questions and with all honesty I would strongly recommend them to anyone just starting out. The only con is that you have to pay after 25 orders wish it was 50 but it's still a 10/10.
