It's very good app and comfortable.
I wish they more products in the list and more tools to analyze the products sales and competition
For now, it is good however I am yet to order my first product in order to do a review so I will do another one once I order
I used this app to start my new dropshipping business. It has made it very easy with great steps to follow along with.
This app has such good shipping times and the prices and variety are decent enough. The customer support is also helpful.
App was very easy to use and effective at the same time. Helped alot with importing products into my store which couldn't be any easier. Only issue i have is the shipping costs all seem to be very high compared to other websites but overall, a very good drop shipping importer

By far the WORST app I ever used. I placed an order on March 3rd, They never shipped my order. I emailed them several times requesting refund since the order was never shipped, they said at first they couldn't cancel the order because the order was shipped already. They could easily check the tracking number and see that the label was created but nothing else. But no, they refused to take the time and do the right thing. Just in case I filed a claim with USPS, they processed an investigation concluding that the package was never dropped off at their facilities. No surprised there. Finally yesterday, I decided to call Shopify to advocate for me and help me getting my money back. That was fast, Zendrop refunded me immediately. LOL. This is a horryble company. Don't waste your time. You will loose customers over their irresponsibility.
Hey there! I just got done reviewing the interaction you had with our Customer Success team and wanted to apologize that you did not have a fantastic experience from start to finish. We definitely should have just refunded the order (which we of course ended up doing) and explained better what was happening and why but it took longer than necessary to get to that point which is absolutely not the way situations like this are normally handled. Please also understand that the supplier for that particular order is not Zendrop Fulfillment but rather a supplier we brought on board some time ago. The experience with that supplier is generally great so that situation is quite rare. We truly do not want to lose your business but also understand why you chose to part ways. If you're up for it, we'd love to make it right, and hopefully encourage you to give us another shot. I would reccomend it for its simplicity and how easy it is to use. I was able to go in with no experience and create my own store
