Zenstores: UK Shipping

AT LAST!! An integration with Royal Mail that works seamlessly without having to deal with CSV files.. which when you are dealing with 100's of orders is a nightmare!

The team could not have been more helpful setting this up in 10 days - as to get a NETDISPATCH account set up on the RM system takes this long ..

Meanwhile the PPI was live instantly which we subsequently turned off when Net Dispatch went live enabling all our orders to ship with tracking information for our customers - a real win!

The app is new and so the team are open to feedback, which is great.

Current issues and reasons for 4 stars:
1 If you change an address in Shopify you need to manually update it in Zenstores too - along with any other order changes as they do not update after the first import into the app. It would be good to let us know this

2 If you partially refund an order it is not automatically shipped and you have to manually go back and fulfil the order in shopify with the tracking information

3 If you have a return or need to resend an item to a customer it is not obvious how to raise second shipping and not a simple trackable procedure. It also does not import this into Shopify for you

The team have taken all this on board though and are working on upgrades all the time

We absolutely love Zenstore! It's a great system to link all of our orders and makes dispatch so much easier! The team are great on live chat, they get back to you and help you out super fast.

After a few hiccups at the start linking the product in with APC's new software. I now couldnt live without Zenstores we are sending hundreds of orders out each month and it saves up so much time.

We were searching for a Dispatch App that would make life easier for a long time. This App is simple to use and Zen Stores are very responsive to new feature requests. We're just waiting for a new request to be installed.

If you are based in the UK and use a courier service which they service this application is a no brainer. It will save many many hours of loading up dispatch information on to your carriers system and at the click of a button all labels are printed as well as the carrier will be instantly expecting to collect all the parcels.

I'd high recommend this App to any business who wants to save time and money.

I have been using Zenstores for around 18 months, it is fantastic. It has helped our business speed up the shipping process dramatically. Pulls all our orders directly from Shopify, and links to the courier company we use and automatically syncs the tracking details too making shipping a breeze! Support team are always so quick to respond if you need anything too :)

Have been using this app for last 3 years. It is fast and reliable. You can simply import all of your orders from Shopify, eBay, Amazon and other channels in one place and print a shipping label with a couple of clicks! The Zenstores customer support is brilliant, I strongly recommend to start working with these guys!

We have been using them for a few years now after our last provider quadrupled the prices. The service is flawless. Only had a couple of down times and that was for a few minutes. Support is probably the best on any similar platform. They are also constantly striving to improve , with upgrades regularly. Not sitting on their laurels raking in the money.. makes a pleasant change!

It’s a game changer to any e-commerce store, it simplifies a time wasting process and frees up so much time and the team at zenstore are great I would highly recommend anyone who values there time to use zenstore

We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful.

Zenstore is so good we would never need to look for anything else in the future.
