We've been using Zenstores for several years and have no complaints. It's a really useful tool for shipping across multiple shopping platforms and the interface and setup make everything smooth and easy to use for the whole team.
On the odd occasion that we do run into a problem, the team are quick to respond and provide excellent customer service.

We have been using them for a few years now after our last provider quadrupled the prices. The service is flawless. Only had a couple of down times and that was for a few minutes. Support is probably the best on any similar platform. They are also constantly striving to improve , with upgrades regularly. Not sitting on their laurels raking in the money.. makes a pleasant change!

I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool.
Good points:
- The UI is very neat and easy to use.
- Support team very responsive.
- Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare).
- Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster.
Bad points:
- There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved.
- Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.
Very happy with Zenstores, easy to use and the customer service is very efficient and friendly. i would recommend .
Great app, with good customer service and a nice clean interface. Integrates well with all of the couriers including Royal Mail. Would definetely recommend.

Fantastic app, I've been using it for a couple of years now and cannot fault it. Works great, support is the best I've ever had - friendly, UK based and any issues or questions are answered super quickly.
I've tried a few similar apps, but nothing compares with ZenStores - give it a go, you'll love it, I'm sure.
I Have used Zenstores for about 18 months and it saves lots of time and the staff have been very helpful in what I wanted, and helped make a custom label for me.
Also for peak times of year its so easy to upgrade and downgrade the plans with no additional costs. It is also super easy to use.
It has definitely helped our business.
