Best gifting app out there ... it's the first one that is just way better than a simple gift cards. A beautiful and clear flow for gift recepients that allows them to choose sizes, colors, and other variants. Super great for our marketing engine and customers are loving it and we're seeing volume grow!

We have been using Zest now for a few months. We were wanting to add a cool and seamless gifting set up on our site and Zest's approach to gifting is different than anything we've seen. One of the ways we use the app is to gift our top customers and our brand ambassadors. They get a notification that they have a gift and get to go in and redeem it. It's really exciting for the giftee, they're not just getting an e-gift card but instead a thoughtfully curated gift. I like that after they accept the gift they put in their own information, ie where they want their gift to be delivered. This helps ensure accuracy and it also takes some of the work off of the company and gifter because the giftee enters their info and the order is generated. I'm really excited about all of the ways that we can continue to use Zest in our business. I'm looking forward to seeing how our customers engage with it during the holiday season. The Zest team is great to work with and the communication awesome, always available to help. Highly recommend.

I have been using Zest on my client's site (a beauty brand) for a few months now and the team at Zest has gone above and beyond to make sure the implementation was seamless. They also helped us find some creative use cases for the app which led to a very successful new customer acquisition campaign. Definitely recommend!

The day after we launched with Zest (before even promoting the new feature) we had a handful of customers find and use the "Instant Gift" button. Then came this email from a customer: "We had a family emergency this weekend that prevented us from getting a timely gift for our sister, but having the option of sending her a delightful basket digitally truly saved the day. We’re grateful for the service you provide." We knew then Zest would change the entire customer experience and open up new possibilities! Since launch we've received many heartfelt notes and seen a high repeat purchase rate - customers that send an "Instant Gift" get hooked and come back for more! Additionally, the Zest team has been a joy to work with. They're savvy, speedy, and committed to expanding the functionality of the platform to reduce friction and improve the customer experience. Personally, Zest gifting is my go-to as well - it's heartfelt without any hassle.

Just finished set-up and have had a great experience with the onboarding team so far. Everyone was knowledgable, flexible to our requests and accommodating to our schedule. So far the roll-out has been smooth and are seeing early successes with the integration. Really excited to see how this continues to perform through the holiday season.

The team at Zest is super hands on and responsive with setup. They were super thorough with testing and immediately responded to any customer questions we received. We are happy with the Zest experience so far and excited for where we can take our gifting business. Highly recommend!

We really like Zest! We were one of the beta companies using the software. The Zest team gave us hands on attention, crafting campaigns with us and making the onboarding process seamless. We also love how Zest pushes new customers to our records in Shopify resulting in new warm leads. During the period between our launch with Zest and this review, Zest sales accounted for 17% of all sales on our site.
