Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Zigpoll has just about any survey feature you may want and excellent customer support service!

It's what I use by default on any new store.

Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.

I have been using the app for a while and I am really impressed. Lots of smart options for creating and customizing your polls.
Once a poll is created it works perfect.

They got excellent customer service. There was an issue about showing different polls on different pages. They fixed it for us and told us how they did it. Most importantly, this app funtions well!

After evaluating other various Shopify survey apps, we find Zigpoll to the best for our needs. Most importantly, however, is that the Zigpoll support and development team has far exceeded our expectations! Super good and easy to use app. Very easy to get feedback from customers, so you can improve the experience, CR and AOV/LTV.

Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).

Been using the free plan for a few months and about to upgrade. Great app and super helpful support staff. Five Stars
