Zigpoll Customer Surveys

The only pop up/poll app to consider. I've tried them all and this one is by far the winner. Had a feature request and it was completed and live within 24 hours. Truly amazed. Thanks Jason!

Customer service reps are always really clear in their responses. I typically don't have to do any back and forth.

The app is fairly easy to use and shows really well on our website. The customer service is great! They are very responsive. Further suggestions for the app that the team is looking at: Deleting uncompleted responses and being able to add more customization to certain questions. Definitely recommend this app!

There is so much Zigpoll can do, and it makes it so easy with lots of pre defined templates to help you get the most out of the app. Support is super quick and helpful as well.

Just getting started with this but setting up several polls was easy enough and Jason, the developer, is great! Very personable and reached out with one-on-one support and suggestions! Impressive.

Easy to use, plenty of different survey options, and great customer support. Would recommend. The exit page survey is worth it, especially for very small businesses just getting started.
