We've always used a basic post-purchase survey, but we needed more specificity. Zigpoll to the rescue! We have been able to get a much clearer picture of our data sources, and when we had some specific trouble matching orders to timestamps (because of different time zones), the app designer created a patch to resolve our specific issue. I can't speak highly enough!

One of the best apps I've ever used on Shopify. Really easy to get to grips with, super easy to implement with the website and not just a shoddy pop up. Looks great, fab work, guys.
Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).
Customer service has gotten back to us incredibly fast (1-2 hours) any time we needed help. The free plan is amazing for getting set up and knowing if ZigPoll is the right fit. I love that we can put a widget or embed link on any page of our website as well as the easy integration with the Shopify order confirmation page.
Set up was relatively easy along with reporting. The support (Jason) is top notch. Fast to respond and has helped us with any roadblocks we hit during our learning curve.
Customer service reps are always really clear in their responses. I typically don't have to do any back and forth.
Zigpoll has been great in helping us get survey data from our visitors. It has a number of comprehensive templates and the support is top notch from Jason. We highly recommend this app if you're looking to better understand your customers.
