I used this app to establish customer service surveys for my company. Being a person that struggles somewhat with super techy data, I asked for a lot of help and also a lot of questions. Jason Zigelbaum was absolutely fantastic!! He answered every question promptly and made it easy to understand and follow. If it was something he could do for me, he would tell me exactly what he needed and then would create exactly what I asked him for!! Best service I have received from any company in a long time!! I like how the NPS survey appears on the post-purchase page, giving more people the opportunity to click on it and leave us a review.

I had used another survey app before and was hesitant to go all in with another, but I did anyway. The experience with Zigpoll was wonderful. I had an immediate issue soon after I sent out the survey and they were so quick to respond and remedy the situation that I only heard from a few customers about it being available.

Great app and highly customizable! We used it to collect feedback from our customers regarding the size and fit of our products for general consensus. It served it's purpose well however, we would have loved it more if we were able to display the results of the vote without having customers to participate in the poll.

Easy set-up, great support and getting good results! Nice app! Using it at the end of the purchase to find out how they heard about us. Wish I had used this years ago.
