Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Zigpoll helps us easily collect feedback from our customers. The survey builder is flexible, easy to use, and the insights help us better understand our customers and improve their experience. The support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance.

Pretty straightforward to use, functionality we need is all there. Good reporting tools. The Zigpoll app is flexible and works well. Developer quick to respond and help with any questions.

Had a few issues with the app which keept sending Spam emails with "e" in and then counts them as part of the monthly quota. Got support from Zigpoll who have gone above and beyond to fix this issue and help with other issues we didnt know we had.

This app is easy to use and construct the logic on surveys. Perfect for people who want to level up their site without needing to research coding. There are a few things that come across as "clunky" but for the price it's not worth complaining about.

The product works fine...but it is very expensive if you are doing polls.

Great app and highly customizable! We used it to collect feedback from our customers regarding the size and fit of our products for general consensus. It served it's purpose well however, we would have loved it more if we were able to display the results of the vote without having customers to participate in the poll.
